Valley Power Equipment Advances with New Tanunda Location

After years of careful planning and perseverance, Valley Power Equipment has taken a significant leap, relocating to 70 Basedow Road, Tanunda.

This move marks a major milestone for the business, enhancing its showroom, storage, and overall layout and ultimately boosting productivity and customer experience.

The relocation is the result of a three-year development project that progressed alongside the business's day-to-day operations.

"We were essentially juggling two jobs—running the business and overseeing the development of the new premises," shared co-owner Ben McNamara. "It was challenging, but we knew it would be worth it."

The payoff has indeed been worth the effort. With increased storage and a more organised layout, the new premises has transformed how the team operates, allowing the group to work more efficiently and focus on what team members do best.

"At our old location, we had to move over 20 ride-on lawnmowers in and out of the workshop every morning and evening. The time that used to take us was scary," recalled Daniel Riebke.

"Our old premises were often congested, with the workshop doubling as storage, which was far from ideal. With a dedicated workspace, we can streamline our operations, especially on the backend, allowing us to turn work around faster and provide a much better service to our customers," he added.

Customers also benefit from practical enhancements at the new site.

"Now, customers can drive straight through the property, from the back to the front, making the entire experience more convenient for everyone," Daniel said. "It's a small change that makes a big difference in how smoothly things run day-to-day."

Moreover, the relocation signifies the company's commitment to growth and adaptability, ensuring it remains a leader in its field. The move is not just about better logistics; it's about setting a foundation for future growth and ensuring the company can meet increasing demand without compromising quality and service.

A standout feature of the new location is the showroom, which offers a larger, brighter, and more functional space to display the company's wide range of products. With better access and a more inviting layout, customers find it easier to browse and shop.

"We're extremely pleased with how everything turned out. The new premises makes a huge difference in our day-to-day operations. The layout is better, it's more functional, and we can see the improvements in our efficiency and what we offer our customers," said Ben.

With this relocation, Valley Power Equipment continues to serve the community with the same reliability and quality customers have come to expect — now with an even better experience to offer.
