Smashing success for Gawler South

Over the weekend, teams from the Barossa & Light Cricket Association have battled it out for the 2024/25 season premierships across the region.

South Gawler has seen a slew of success at Barossa and Light Cricket Association finals over the weekend, taking home the premiership in both the A1 and A3 divisions.

Playing at Eldred Riggs Reserve, South Gawler’s A1 team beat Mallala with 3/320 against Mallala’s 10/169.

At the Stockwell Recreation Park, South Gawler’s A3 team also saw success with a 3/139 win over Willaston with 10/136.

Further north, Eudunda/Robertstown took home the premiership in the A2 competition, with a 9/228 win over Nuriootpa, on 10/156.
