A seamless transition for Barossa Valley Sound & Vision

1 min read

A stalwart Barossa business and a big supporter of community events, Barossa Valley Sound & Vision has been providing audio visual hire, services and installation to the region for 21 years.

Often in the public eye at events such as Melodienacht, Ralph Biagi recently handed over the reins to a new owner, but luckily for the Barossa, that person had worked alongside Ralph for a decade.

Now at the helm of the business is Sam Lecons, who studied the theatre tech course at Faith Lutheran College, Tanunda in 2014, and like Ralph, shares a passion for audio visual and events.

In 2020, Sam purchased Stream Adelaide, a live streaming business, which he’s been operating for the past four years.

Now, after 10 years working alongside Ralph Biagi, Sam has taken over the business, and brought four staff from Stream Adelaide: Aiden, Tom and Thomas, to also assist with BVSV too.

Sam points out that continuing to provide event audio visual services, along with hire and installations is still at the forefront of the business, “just to continue Ralph’s legacy and continue to support the local and wider community,” he said.

With a team offering a wealth of knowledge and experience and being well-known and respected in the Barossa, Sam is dedicated to upholding the reputation for customer service and technical knowledge created by the long-standing business.

“I have great appreciation and respect for Ralph and how he has conducted business for the past 20 years, supporting the local community, and I look forward to continuing to support these clients and hopefully continue the success of the business,” Sam said.
