A Come and Try Day is being held at STARplex on Saturday with the hope of raising more awareness and increasing participation in parasport.
Up to nine sports will be available to engage with, including wheelchair basketball and football, boccia, frame running, swimming, table tennis, fencing, ice hockey and blind soccer.
