Angus Sloane is recovering from a busy couple of weeks, competing in back-to-back national championships in swimming and hockey throughout April.
Sloane was one of nine Barossa swimmers that travelled to the Gold Coast for the 2023 Australian Age Championships which began on April 7.
The 14-year-old competed in 100m freestyle, 50m freestyle and 50m backstroke, as well as the 4x50m relay.
