The Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) released its long-range forecast for autumn which indicates the coming months are likely to be drier and warmer than usual.
According to BOM, from April to June the maximum temperature has an 80 per cent or greater chance of exceeding the median max temperature.
The Barossa also has a 20 per cent or less chance of exceeding the median rainfall.
