Ray White Barossa Valley, Lyndoch won two state awards at the annual Ray White South Australia awards night at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on September 13.
The team won the Excellence in Marketing Award, whilst Sales Representative, Mr Jamie Wood, won the Rising Star Award.
Selling Principal, Mr Darren Pratt said it was great to win the two awards, especially as they were up against bigger offices and those that have been established for years.
“For us to be recognised is something we’re really proud of,” said Darren.
“It’s incredible and comes down to all the hard work the team has put in. Especially Azaya Zanker that does our marketing.”
Ray White Barossa Valley have only been in Lyndoch for two years, but have already gone from two staff members to six.
“Hopefully this award highlights what we can do and how we can showcase people’s property, and we can get out into the Barossa more,” said Darren.
Mr Lindblom, State CEO of Ray White SA, said, “This is something the team should be very proud of.
“Real Estate Marketing is so important, as to achieve a premium price for our vendors, it is essential we create competition and you can only do this with a quality and comprehensive marketing plan.”

Jamie, who won the Rising Star Award, has been with the business for 18 months.
Darren explained his performance over the months has been massive, excelling in the number of sales and how he’s gone about it.
“He’s gone from strength to strength. His passion for the work he’s done is incredible and this is recognition for that,” said Darren.
Jamie said of his award, “It’s really good and I’m very happy. We have a really strong team and I was just lucky enough to be called up there.”
