Residents were ordered to leave a Mid Murray Council meeting last Wednesday while developers pitched a proposal for a large wind farm near Palmer.
The presentation by TrustPower Australia was marked confidential and members of the public were asked to leave when the item was raised.
Residents protested outside of the Cambrai Council office, insisting the presentation was a matter of public interest and should be open to the public.
