A decision on the proposed Keyneton wind farm development is expected in the next few weeks.
The Planning Minister will decide whether or not to approve the 42-turbine development after receiving recommendations from the Development Assessment Commission (DAC).
The DAC made recommendations following a formal hearing at Cambrai in February.
Eastern Mount Lofty Ranges Landscape Guardians President, Mr Tony Walker was part of a large group of residents who made a plea to reject the development.
