Following last week’s heavy rainfall, River Marne flows reached the township of Cambrai for the first time since 2016 over the weekend.
The river crossed Kings Road at about 5.45 p.m. on Saturday, and made it to Ridley Road bridge during the day on Sunday.
The flows are a welcome sight for people and wildlife alike, with much excitement expressed by the community over the past few days.
