Keeping Christmas traditions alive

If you like your Christmas puds, Jane Maul, from Barossa Farm Christmas Pudding at Mount Crawford has been making world-class fare for the past 20 years.

The popular puddings are the result of Jane's Scottish grandmother's recipe and this year Jane made an actual tonne - 1000kg of ingredients, up from 750 kilograms last year!

"We use the finest ingredients and traditional know-how," Jane shared.
