From fire to flood - 24 hours of wild weather in the Barossa

In a span of less than 24 hours, the Barossa region has been struck by two weather extremes: fire and localised flash flooding.

Yesterday, residents were awoken early by wild weather, with thunder, lightning and heavy rainfalls continuing through the day, brought on by an upper-level low over South Australia, which caused unstable conditions.
