Upon hearing of the closure of the Kapunda Rotary and Lions Clubs, Mr Bill Adams, Kapunda man and dedicated community member, was inspired to form the Friends of Kapunda initiative – a not-for-profit, volunteer-driven community group.
“Kapunda [is] a town very dear to me,” said Bill.
“The loss of Rotary and Lions, two excellent bodies, left a void which needed filling.”
