The 1837 Barossa estate will hold an opening ceremony on September 3 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., which will feature a full day picnic with music, helicopter rides and a wide range of food and wine on offer.
The $20 million revamp means the estate now houses a new gourmet restaurant, cellar door, accommodation, seminar centre, helipad and a tennis court to go along with the views on offer.
