Ms Anni Lindner, formerly of Tanunda features in a new series called The Hunting premiering on SBS, tomorrow, August 1, 8.30 p.m.
Anni says, “It’s heavy subject matter, but something that teenagers and families are dealing with across the country including here in community.”
The Hunting, addresses consent, cyber-bullying, sexting, social media and shaming, toxic masculinity and how parents and teachers can navigate this territory in helpful/healthy ways.
Anni adds, “I would be thrilled to think it could have a positive impact on our local schools and families who are dealing with these issues.”
The Hunting intimately and dramatically imagines the lives of four teenagers, their teachers and families throughout the lead up, revelation and aftermath of a nude teen photo scandal.
“This is a powerful, thought-provoking story, imbued with complex characters, and drama with big ideas and questions.”
