Alyssa Harding Personal Travel Manager is a home based, mobile travel consultant, all about giving clients a personalised and caring experience when it comes to travel.
As a new mum, Alyssa wanted to get back into the work force as a travel agent, but was torn between life as a mother and work duties.
She did not want to sacrifice time with her son, but was also eager to start embracing her passion for travel again.
That’s when Alyssa Harding Personal Travel Manager began.
Alyssa started up her own business in partnership with the largest independent travel organisation in Australasia, called Travel Managers.
Her role gives clients the flexibility to book travel outside of any standard business hours via phone, email, at a local cafe or even in the comfort of their own home.
“Holidays are something we save so hard for and are often so desperate to take due to how relentlessly we work. I am here to take any stress away and ensure your travel experience is every bit your own. It is about what you need as an individual, couple, family or group,” said Alyssa.
Alyssa has spent the last 12 years travelling around the world gaining personal experiences in many different countries. Eight of those years she has worked as a travel consultant and two managing a local travel agency within the area.
With a wealth of knowledge, Alyssa is able to help with basically anything you associate with travel.
She books travel packages, cruises, hotels both domestic and international, coach tours, travel insurance, day tours, flights and even airport transfers.
The booking process begins with a meet and greet at a local café or in the comfort of your own home.
Alyssa will sit and chat about your travel plans while she gains a feel for what requirements you need for your trip.
Within the next 24 hours you will receive a travel proposal which can then be tweaked if necessary until you are sure everything fits your requirements, such as your budget, experience and hotel locations.
Alyssa is then your point of contact throughout the entire booking process.
She prepares travel documents, arranges visas where necessary, is a 24/7 emergency contact point while you are away and will be in touch with you both before, during and after you return from your travel.
“I am a local resident and will be for many years to come. I want to offer the local community someone they can trust and rely on when it comes to booking their travel plans,” said Alyssa.
“Passion for travel is what has led me to take on this new business. I love what I do. Every day I get to piece together incredible itineraries, knowing my clients will create memories they will cherish for a lifetime. This to me is not a job. I am a part of something amazing and real.
