Moculta’s Kym Jury will travel over the border this weekend to race for the Australian Super Sedan Title at the Heartland speedway track in Moama.
With a day of practice today, competitors will take to the field over two nights of racing, working their way towards a 40 lap feature race on Saturday night.
Kym’s entry is one of 46 super sedans registered for the event and he’s ready to take on the challenge.
It is a track he has raced on before but new to this race meet will be Kym’s chance to be mentored, from the pits, by an Australian number one super sedan driver Queensland’s Darren Kane.
“You can’t buy that, that’s priceless… I’m willing to travel and put anything into it and support the category across Australia,” said Kym.
