Country Home Services (formerly CHAP) provides the Barossa community with a range of home care and social support services to assist those community members who wish to remain independent within their own home.
Their services not only cover the Barossa Valley but they stretch out to the areas of Light, Goyder, Adelaide Plains and the Gawler community.
In their 30th birthday year, Country Home Services continue to be passionate about supporting their local customers in a way that not only keeps them connected to their community but also maintains their choices in life so they can keep doing the things they love.
There are three ways Country Homes Services support their customers.
The first two are through the subsidised funded services of the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP – basic level support) and Home Care Packages (HCP – more complex support).
The third way is through their private programme called Choices Plus.
