Over 170 attend Winery Association conference

spects from the grape to the bottle, the annual Winery Engineering Association conference and exhibition is an
important event for those in the industry.

Held at Chateau Tanunda last Wednesday and Thursday, the two day event attracted over 170 engineering staff, maintenance staff, winemakers, CEO’s and winery suppliers.

A number of speakers presented sessions during the conference including keynote speaker Dr Daniel Johnson, Managing Director of the Australian Wine Research Institute. 

There was also an exhibition for a number of Australian and International suppliers offering their equipment and services.   

“People in the industry are interested in seeing what’s out there to help improve production… every year we get a such positive response,” said Mr Trevor Leighton, Executive Officer of the Winery Engineering Association.
