Wayne seeks compensation for faulty knee

It was a surgery to help ease the pain and reboot his active life but for Freeling’s Mr Wayne Farquhar it is an experience he would rather forget.

Mr Farquhar has launched legal action, claiming a faulty implant left with him debilitating injuries and affected his life and business and claims he was one of the first groups of patients with continued issues with inflammation in the knee and pain
following the installation of a duofix tibia.

In November 2007, Mr Farquhar underwent a total knee replacement on his right knee.
