Trust Mark launched

A Barossa Trust Mark will recognise the best of the Barossa’s food, wine and tourism experiences, enhancing consumer
confidence in the region’s many premium offerings.

The Trust Mark – part of the State’s recently launched Premium Food and Wine Action Plan –has been developed by the Barossa Grape & Wine Association (BGWA) in partnership with Barossa Food and Tourism Barossa, with
$125,000 in support from the State Government.

The official launch took place at John and Jan Angas’ Hutton Vale property last Wednesday night when Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries and Regional Development, Ms Gail Gago commended the initiative as an important first step in developing a unique and competitive advantage for local products in the marketplace.
